We had to pick random nae that we had to make collages and formulate one solid image for each word you picked. We were required to do some research on the different styles of collages of original and visual graphics which will help you to come up with you unique and different style of making a collage. Using different elements you had to come up with various ideas and visuals to make your idea or image as a collage. You could use the refered artist “James Gallagher” of his style which consists of cutting and paisting images together to create one powerful component/ piece of illustration.

I then researched the different types of collages that have been used by the various artist and try to gather some inspiration in order to tackle my ideas. When coming up with my inspiration i first looked at how I can use the images that i have to come up with something interesting  but at the same time not taking anything away from the original picture itself. 

For this image i chose " Learn"

For this image i chose " Think"

 

This image consists of me as the focal point and then I used the photoshop program to make myself black then i used the brain drawing that i got from the internet and placed it on top of my image to sort of shoqw that my pose also refers to someone that is thinking. I then took the image of the Dut wall and place it at the backto show that i have used a Dut image throuhgout my images in order to keep it consistent

For this image i chose Evolve

This image consists of a multiple of images places on top of each other and then used different types of colour to show that each image was different but when you place them together you get a source of direction as to what the final product is to look like. When doing this i took like a bounch of pictures from different angles and I had to make sure that there was noone walking in the corridors in order to keep the emplyness of the passage as it is on the other images. The first image was taken from far and I was walking towards the last picture. Its like a close up of an image.

For this image i chose "See"

 

When doing this collage I first had to find out the correct lighting and i wanted to capture Sphumz and make him my focal point but not taking away from the background I made the background blurry. I then had to make his eyes bigger to show that the eye are the main focal point of this collage then I made his hat a different colour aso that could be a spot colour.
